Smart Building Implementation

Smart buildings on campus are equipped with Building Manegment Systems (BMS), Intruder Alarm System (S1) fire fighting (S2), Safty monitor settings and Video surveillance (S3), Monitoring (E1) and Energy Saving System (E2), Monitoring to thermo-hygrometric comfort (I1) and CO2/VOC (I2), LED light with sensor (L1 and L2)  and nature light (L4).   Natural lighting is obtained through the settings of balcony or atrium and breathable glass windows.  When the power consumption increases rapidly, the system will send a warning message to the administrator through the “line”.  Regarding water resources, smart buildings have both rainwater recycling systems (A2) and drinking water systems with safe and hygienic sources, but not every building has a water consumption monitoring system.
